RENTAL CONDITION

At 911 Party Xpress, we take pride in providing our clients with flexible and fair rental conditions. We understand that every event is unique, and our rental policies are designed to accommodate the needs of our clients while protecting our equipment.

In regards to damages, we require a damage deposit of $100 for all rental orders. This deposit is refundable upon the return of the equipment in the same condition it was received. If any damages are found, we will deduct the repair or replacement costs from the deposit. This ensures that our equipment is well-maintained and ready to be rented to the next client.

We offer the convenience of pickup and delivery services for an additional fee of $50 or more. However, clients are also welcome to pick up the equipment on their own for free. This option is ideal for clients who prefer to handle the transportation of the equipment themselves or for those who are looking to save on delivery fees.

We also offer optional insurance for an additional fee of $25.

This insurance covers any accidental damages that may occur during the event, giving clients peace of mind while using our equipment.
